Please make a new thread in the "Questions & Help" section if you have an unrelated problem.
Anyway, the horizons pack (or the new launcher) seems to take a minute or two for Minecraft to launch after downloading it. So even if the download window disappears and nothing seems to happen, it's doing background work and Minecraft should start soon afterwards. Don't worry, this only happens after a modpack being updated, not every time you start it.
On a related note: what do we want to name the article about the Direwolf20 Pack for 1.6? We have "Direwolf20 Pack" for the 1.4 version, and "Direwolf20 1.5 Pack", as it appears as such in the FTB Launcher. Would it be better to name the new article "Direwolf20 1.6 Pack", or to rename the old article to "Direwolf20 1.4 Pack" and reuse "Direwolf20 Pack" for the 1.6 pack? The FTB Launcher just lists it as "Direwolf20".
Naming the article "Direwolf20" would be weird, so I'd suggest moving the old one to "Direwolf20 Pack (1.4.7)" and naming the new one "Direwolf20 Pack (1.6.4)". Creating a redirect from "Direwolf20 Pack (1.5.2)" to "Direwolf20 1.5 Pack" would be a good idea as well.
Does anyone operate a bot that could update any existing links to "Direwolf20 Pack" so they point to the suggested "Direwolf20 Pack (1.4.7)"?

I'm a graphic artist too, I could try my hand at it since Art is gone.We need Artsja 2.0 for the pack icons (main page should look pretty!)
Well, we can have something simple like http://ftbwiki.org/i...on_Ultimate.png for now.

Oh you mean the text? That looks pretty nice! Now if you could find a high-res Horizons logo it would be perfect.
Seriously?Me gusta!
Seriously?
Because I don't...
But I might just be hating it because I hate all of my work, does anyone else like the globe design (sans text)?
It does look good IMO, except for the globe looking a bit blurry for some reason... that's what I meant with low-res in my previous post.
I tried to make it look similar to the New World logo with the blurriness but I will see how it looks with no blurIt does look good IMO, except for the globe looking a bit blurry for some reason... that's what I meant with low-res in my previous post.

EDIT:
Ok so I tried to remove some of the blurriness and make it sharper, thoughts?
Yeah... I sorta prefer the non-blur.

I dunno, maybe something in between the blurred and the unblurred one?
