I cant open FTB, ive tried adding ram (ive got 7,75). but nothing will work

BTW im using Mindcrack

Try restarting your computer, it's the quickest way to fix this. Something has the file "ChickenChunks.cfg" open, so you could try and determine what that process is and terminate it, but restarting should do the same for you with less fuss.

And why would you put the RAM up to 7.75GB? This crash has nothing to do with the memory...

ZL123 is right, that's essentially the same error as the first. I've also heard of this problem being caused by overzealous antivirus software always trying to scan the indicated file, in which case you'd want to review its settings and perhaps have an exception to scanning the FTB directory. If it were anything else, a proper reboot of the computer should have fixed it.

I tried opening it 8 times.  It loaded 4 times, crashed 3 times, and FML crashed once

Also in the error reports instead of ChickenChunks.cfg it says EnderStorage.cfg

Having an instance that didn't exit completely can count as having the file open. You said that it did work 4 times, though? Are you rapidly closing and re-opening it, or something?

Could I just open FTB until it works, or would it crash later on whilst i'm playing it?  Also, how can I find where the file is, so I can get rid of it directly.   

 

 I also took down the firewall for the FTB launcher, will the security software be a problem now?

It's not a file that's the problem, it's the fact that some program is accessing the file in a way that prevents FTB from using it. Nothing to do with firewalls. And, as long as the modpack loads, this issue should not have any effect while playing.
