Block ID errors after updating FTB Unleashed

I just fixed my internet on my desktop (it's been down for two months), and I updated the FTB Unleashed modpack. After the update finished I opened the pack and tried to load my save; "Mineral Philanthropists". It started the standard loading procedure but my excitement was soon dead when i saw the image in the attached files.

I was wondering if there is a way to fix these inconsistencies.

As far as I know there were some technical changes to certain mods that make Minecraft think that IDs are missing or mismatched. It should be fine to load the world, as these changes are only internal things on the mod devs' side that won't affect anthing gameplay-wise. Still you should backup your world (just copy the world folder somewhere else) just in case something should break, that way you won't lose your entire world.
