What all can you scan with this? So far I have only been successful scanning Iridium, Diamonds and Emeralds, everything else gives me an error. Also, did the change the storage medium, having an empty crystal memory disk in it still says no storage.

Ok, so it looks like you need to set up the machines like: <scanner><pattern storage><replicator>
Then set the pattern storage to 0/x and hit save on the scanner when the item is done to get it to save tot he pattern storage. Seems like there is not a ton that you can successfully scan though.
