I have a chest where I store all my ingots and metal blocks and was looking for a way to automaticly change ingots into blocks once more than one stack of an ingot is present to prevent the chest from overflowing. ME Level Emitter only looks at one type of ingot, and since I have multiple types of ingots, that won't be an option. Using autocrafters with ME export busses also isn't an option; when I craft an item which needs an ingot, the ingot gets sent to the autocrafter immediately thus creating an infinite loop where ingots are made from blocks and are put into the autocrafter instantly.

So my question is, is there a good way to start making blocks when there's more than one stack of ingots without having to make a seperate chest for each ingot type?

Here's an idea that I just came up with, no guarantees that it will actually work:

For each ingot type, set up a Packager from Factorization with a vanilla Hopper on top. Attach an ME Storage Bus to all packagers and hoppers and make each pair only accept one ingot type. That way you can always access the ingots that are being processed and there will be no overflow issues. Then attach import busses to the packagers, which then import the packaged blocks into the system. Finally set up crafting recipes from blocks to ingots and you should be good to go.

As I said, I just made up this setup in a few minutes, it's probably not very efficient or anything. It should at least work though.

Although that might work, it would still force me to make seperate storages for each ingot. Could just as well make seperate storages with a Level Emitter. Really want to keep my sorting system nice and tidy and keep my ingots together in one chest. ;)

Which pack is this in? It will likely require mixing another mod into the equation, so knowing what's available will be helpful.
