I am trying to log in to my friends Horizons FTB server and get the following error message, followed by a lot of block IDs and names. The following microblocks are not installed on the client:

 

I have checked with him and am using the same version of Horizon and have the same mod packs enabled. 

 

Any Ideas?

Could you post at least a couple from the list? If you're using the same pack version with the same mods, it's probably a config issue and knowing which microblocks you're missing will help us point you in the right direction.

the following appear tile.Base901_1 (10,11,12,13,14 and 15) tile.Fantasy906 (907, 908 etc) and tile.Mettalurgy:Vanilla/IronBlocks with a lot of _11, 12 etc

The console says that the following mods are not on the server side

 

 

ConfigMod, BuildMod, aobd, WeahterMod and AIBlock

Did you add modes to the pack? If not
He might need to enable them in the server filers. Have him check the files and make sure none have him.disabled
