Try these:
A fresh install of the pack
updating java
Deleting FTB entirely or deleting the folder for the pack
Adding ram
taking out a resource pack**

Holy crap that was a long log file o3o It didn't even have any big errors that were unusual in it. I'd suggest not using 32 bit java definitely though. ~Rawrz

Already tried java and deleting it and adding more ram (God damn 32 bit has only 1gb available for mc) I dont have a resource pack

Yeah I need to figure out how to update I want to do that soon but I feel like it might take a while and Im very short on time

If you're running a 32-bit OS, you don't have the power to run Monster. The only FTB 1.6 pack officially supported for 32-bit OS is FTB Lite 2.

Allright thanks that what I thought Im figuring out how to upgrade without loosing everything.
