Gregtech and red powers logic gates?

Hi! Just wondering when or IF those mods will ever find their way into the modpack? I LOVE gregtech and the modpack is quite flat atm (much to do in the beginning, after youv got an AE system and a quarry going, oh and a Big Reactor, theres nothing else to do) I love it as it is but it could get better.

Oh, and is there a way of scaling down the Big Reactor? I have one with 16 reactor cores arranged in a 4x2x2 pattern (4 is the width) and one row of water between the 2 4x2 rows, and its powering my entire base! Thats with several farms, Railcraft up and running, 2 AE systems, 20 furnaces and grinders working 24/7 and a EU system (getting power throu powerconverters). AND on that i run a quarry too.

Would be fun to get the BR system scaled down so that theres actually a point of using all the other powerplants in the modpack.

The 1.6 FTB modpacks will no longer be updated, the modpack developers are focusing on making the 1.7 packs. If you want to you can add in GregTech manually, but RedPower has not been updated to anything newer than Minecraft 1.4, so you won't be able to use that. Take a look at Project:Red and RedLogic though, they are remakes of RedPower and already have most of the original features, though sometimes implemented slightly differently than in the original mod.

And yes, Big Reactors is quite overpowered in the version included in the pack. I'm not sure, but there may be settings in the config to adjust the power output.

Okay so im to expect a Tech world 3 to be released?
Thanks for the tip! Iv always missed the simple logic gates of redPower. The PRC is way to advanced just to make a simple latch, and the minecraft way is just way too big :(

Is that the reason to why the newest version of BR isnt included in the modpack? Theres a steam-thing incorporated atm, pretty sure that could solve the problem :)

Well... if IC2 wont be availible, do you think Atomic Science will?
I really love the idea of a unified powersystem. The need to use a powerconverter is quite nice in some cases, but its also quite annoying more often than not.

Also, i seem to have quite a lot of rendering issues and memoryleaks with this modpack, any idea of what would be the most likely suspect?
