Hello,

I just set up a Harvester, and I've followed tutorials online to help me get it to work. Everything is setup correctly, I'm positive. The Harvesters 'idle' section is going up and down, and it is connected to a Lava Generator. However, it can't cut down multiple trees. It only collects the FIRST tree to grow, then it stops working.

Am I doing anything wrong? Or is there something else I need to add?

Thanks,

A Harvester should have the following:

  • Power input
  • Item output
  • Fluid output
  • No Redstone signal
  • Appropriate-sized upgrade

The Harvester will then scan each block in its area one by one to determine if there's anything to be harvested. If you have a large upgrade, such as Emerald, it may look like the Harvester is doing nothing for a while as it scans non-ready blocks.

If you think everything is set up properly, please post a few screenshots of the connections to the Harvester and the Harvester GUI so we can try to troubleshoot.

Also, FYI, I believe a Magmatic Dynamo is more efficient than a Lava Generator.

Thanks,  I managed to get everything working. I replaced my upgrade with an appropriate radius, and I fixed up some duct's that were in the wrong place. I also had a redstone signal that was interfering with the machine.
