Hello, I am playing in a server which I am a owner of and I am in a heated war. I outnumber the enemy in number and resources, but I would like to add a second line of defense. I know I can use force fields but those seem a bit out of reach in terms of energy. I have 3 magmatic engines but I can add a few more if neccesary. I was looking at the RotaryCraft railgun but I did not know if it accepted RF and I believe it causes too much damage to use it anywhere near my base.

 

PS: If you want to join the server tell me. We are about 5 players right now.

Becasue of your low output of power ( 3 magmatic engines dont output near enough power for any defensive items) My advice is to craft more engines and some power converters, and some Tesla coils, place the coils around your base and wire them together with redstone to a central lever somewhere hidden or well defended, and flip the Tesla coils on when you log out. The constant drain of 2 EU/t per Tesla is rather cheap and the Tesla will kill any player within 4 blocks, if they are wearing diamond armor it will kill them in 4 hits.
