I work for Verizon Tech Support, let me give you their official response to this:

"We don't guarantee wireless speeds, we only guarantee wired speeds. If you are connected wired but have multiple devices connected wirelessly that drains your total speed, turn off you wireless devices if you are connected wired."

I'm hardwired straight to the modem DX and wait what why is that even a response??

Wifi isn't even in the picture. Literally not even on. x.x All I see is I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Been at least a week now. If it goes to a month without them even attempting to fix it I'm not going to pay the bill.

Look, I'm just telling you what we are scripted to say.

Unless you recently had your upload speed upgraded to match your download speed, there is a known issue with that and if that is the case they will actually do something.

I'm just done with their crap. Terrible support and can't even get a straight answer when you call in most times..Soon there will be comcast.
