Wifi isn't even in the picture. Literally not even on. x.x All I see is I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Been at least a week now. If it goes to a month without them even attempting to fix it I'm not going to pay the bill.

I'm just done with their crap. Terrible support and can't even get a straight answer when you call in most times..Soon there will be comcast.
