I have been playing with big reactors, I have been producing loads and loads of RF. But Redstone energy conduit don't transfer much RF. I have tried many types of conduit. I have come up with a ranking system.

1. Ultimate Universal Cable ~ Mechanism

2 Energy Transfer Nodes ~Extra Utilities

3. Redstone Conduit ~TE3

Even after this testing I'm still not transferring enough power to fill a resonate cell fast.

Do you know any faster RF Transfer means?

When filling an energy cell the limiting factor is not only the conduit, but also the energy cell itself. As far as I know Redstone Energy Conduits transfer RF at the same maximum rate at which a Resonant Energy Cell can be filled, so using a faster conduit wouldn't make a difference.

It might be possible to use five conduits to input RF via the five non-output sides of the cell, which might be five times as fast, depending on whether the RF input rate is counted per side or in total.

dgelessus is correct, a Resonant Energy Cell can accept 10,000RF/t per side, and Redstone Energy Conduits transmit at the same rate. Do note that upon crafting, the Resonant Cell will only accept 2,000RF/t per side, the rate must be increased manually via the GUI. If you connect sufficient conduits to 5 sides of the cell, it can charge at 50,000RF/t. If you're producing power faster than that, you'll need more cells.
