FTB Monster is so laggy. It has tons of mods. I tried to disable some of the mods, so i can get rid of lags. Now when I launched Monster it says some of the mods couldn't find. First it says Aroma mod. I enabled Aroma but after i launched it again, it says another mod couldn't find. How can i get rid of this problem?

I was going to suggest using a different modpack like FTB Lite, then I noticed your name and saw that you were the same person that said FTB Lite didn't launch for you.

 

I assume you mean framerate lag - how many fps do you get? Have you assigned the right amount of RAM? Do you have 64-bit java? What's your graphics card? PC specs? How many fps do you get in a vanilla world?

If it's not framerate lag, could you please elaborate?

I getting 25 FPS then it's decreasing to 10,9 5  and keeps increasing and decreasing more. I got 4GB Ram, I got 64-bit Java. My graphic card GT 220. I getting 25-30 FPS in vanilla.

 

I'm going to try FTB Lite again.

Yeah, 25-30fps on vanilla is borderline okay - it will definitely decrease in FTB. My other laptop did around 25-30fps, and yes, it went down to 5-10 fps, 15 if I was lucky, on FTB.

 

Try installing Optifine, then.

I installed Optifine and it's more more better. I got 15-20 FPSs but sometimes i getting lag spikes when i opened the Inventory. So I closed the NEI, it's better now.

 

But I got a problem. Some blocks are pink and black. They look so ugly, how can i fix it?

Which blocks? That is the default texture by Minecraft if the block doesn't specify a texture - it's usually found in WIP blocks/items.

Those blocks have not yet been given a texture by the mod authors, which means that they are either a technical block that you should not have in your inventory, or that they are a work in progress and cannot be used yet. In either case you should never have such items in your inventory, besides NEI.

No, they are in environment. Limestones, some ores, and even Copper Ingot from T.E, some blocks from ElectiCraft.

Either you missed a step in the Optifine installation (the one time I tried using it in an otherwise vanilla world, I had some 'missing texture' blocks because of this), or Optifine isn't compatible with those mods.

It should, however, be compatible with Thermal Expansion...
