Do Twilight Fortress Bosses Respawn?

Do they respawn? Because I don't see how it's possible to make the Naga armor if it only gives you 12 scales.

 

Also, I may want to battle them again!

I don't... think so...

...though I'm not an expert in Twilight Forest.

 

If they don't, you could always find another boss area.

They do not respawn, you have to explore and find another Naga arena to fight another Naga, etc.

 

Alternately, if your pack has some way of resetting chunks (such as rejuvenation explosives), that can be used to get another boss.
