OpenBlocks Grave problem

Sometimes when I die the grave from OpenBlocks doesn't show up and I lose all my items. The items are not dropped and laying around the death site, which I expect, but the grave stone is nowhere to be found. This has happened when I die by mobs and falling damage.

 

Anyone else have this happen in this modpack? Is there a work-around to get the items back?

I think the grave can be toggled in the config.

Also, what block are you on when you die?

This happened when I was in the End fighting the dragon, so I was on End blocks. I kept going back to get my items and sometimes the grave would be there, and I would get killed again by either the dragon or an Enderman before I could get to safety. I would go back again and the death waypoint would be there but the grave wouldn't. Is it because of the block ? I never thought of that, is that a known bug?

Have you checked underground? It is of course risky in the End, but the grave may somehow have spawned in the island or perhaps even at y=0 for some reason.

Might the dragon have flown through the grave and erased it?

That's probably his problem. I've found creepers can also be problematic - the grave tries to spawn where you died, but since there's no block there for it to spawn on it breaks instantly and throws out (some of) your drops.

 

Dying in lava can also cause weird things.

Ik this is the wrong place to post this but I cant seen to fix my controls. I must have accidentally messed up my control to mine/hit (left click) and I cant figure out how to fix it. If anyone is online please help
