Introduction
Nextgen Minecraft is a community started back in January 2011. Today we
are hosting a MindCrack server on our dedicated server. We also have
bukkit plugins on our server.

Hardware (We will upgrade when necessary)
RAM: 8GB
CPU: i3 Dual Core @ 3.4GHz
HDD: 1TB

Features

• Homes (/sethome and /home)
• Towns (Donators will be eligible to create 1 town!)
• Protections via WorldGuard and WorldEdit
• Economy via Essentials economy (/money or /balance)
• ChestShops
• Custom coded web store (Currently not working due to issues with commands)
• Logs by HawkEye
• And more coming!

Rules

1. No griefing
2. No stealing
3. Do not ask staff for items
4. All 3rd-party programs are forbidden
5. No harrasing with portal gun(s)
6. Do not flame or annoy players
7. Respect the staff and other players
8. No intentional machine exploding near others buildings/houses
9. Do not place a Quarry in a place where it could possibly destroy property of another player

I don't see it necessary for me to list all ways you can possibly abuse the quarry with, but I believe that the concept of that rule is quite clear. Pretty much with some common sense you could figure out that it means that you shall not do anything that would involve in griefing someones house or the surroundings of it or cause annoyance to another player. That rule has been redone and maybe it's now idiot secure.

 

And your second question goes to the category of rule number 6 which stands "Do not flame or annoy players".

 

Our rules are being expanded and edited as we find reasons to do so.

If you are going to have extensive rules that get into specifics, you need to go the whole nine yards or it doesnt really work.
