Hiya Im a little stuck, you see iv'e been trying to reopen my ftb minecraft but don't know how too. please help =P many thanks,

You downloaded the FTB launcher and ran it in order to play FTB. Wherever you saved that program, just go there and run it again. You may want to check your default downloads folder if you have no idea where to look.
