I have a couple of high voltage solar arrays feeding into an eu consumer to energy bridge to an rf producer to power a tesseract for quarries.  The problem is that the eu/tick keeps going up untill it shuts down, where it should be stopping once it hits the max eu/tick of the solar arrays (4 of them) so 2048.  But it just keeps going up and up.  It started after I re-located this power system to bedrock(on dirt 1 step above bedrock now) and I don't know why it won't work right.  

 

As an aside, how come the Monster pack doesn't  have factorization consumers/producers?
