Hi i added pams harvest craft harvestcraft waila and hunger overhaul to my waila minecraft but wen i try to make a farm land with the hoe it only takes the grass down from the grass block why what do i need to add so it ca work?

Could you try describing the problem again? I'm not clear on what's wrong. Are you using a modpack already and have added these mods? Are you trying to get them to work in an otherwise-vanilla world? What does "it only takes the grass down from the grass block" mean? (Some screenshots here might help?)
