Can't build a MV-Transformer

HI guys, i have recently made about 50+ low voltage solar arrays and want to upgrade to medium voltage, however the recipe sais i need to build a MV-Transformer, this is the recipe i get :

i even tried to do it but of course nothing happened.. whats wrong ??

NEI reports the wrong recipe for the MV-Transformer. Check out our wiki page, the recipe there still has the right idea (though the tier of cable may be different). It should be 2 copper cable and a machine casing.
