i am having problems when i try to craft any tool with iron or stone, i have made a tough iron rod, a pick axe head, and ive tryed both paper and iron binding and dosent seem to show up with a pick on the right hand side, also tryed trhe lumber axe and shovel none are working, can you not use iron in tinkers?

Can't use a tough rod to make a pickaxe.
