I made 7 high voltage solar arrays, and expected them to work pretty good, i used roughly 80k, yes 80,000 iron ingots to make just 7 of these and they cant even power a quarry plus... such a waste of resources, these things need a serious buff because that's just plain PATHETIC....

So instead of using ender tanks and lava generators to power my quarry, what other good power sources is there?

Cheers

Doesn't a QuarryPlus require MJ? Unless you're using something to convert it, HV Solars generate EU.

The best power generation I know of in Monster comes from Big Reactors. In the right configuration, they generate massive amounts of RF power (which is easily converted to MJ where needed).

yea i have the solar arrays lined up with glass fibre cables going into each one, then into a EU adapter, with redstone energy conduit on the other side, it works to send power but after spending nearly 80k iron ingots, you'd think they reward the player but NOPE..

I'm going to look into big reactors, i just don't want my base blowing up lol.

yep, big reactors are so much better, cant believe i made 7 high voltage solar arrays... such a waste of resources
