Clearing the caches apparently had little effect. I'm currently having the server rebuild the SMW data for all pages. Could probably take the better part of a day, if not longer, but hopefully that'll fix the issues.

Fixed. Previously I used urlencode to normalize the page names, which now that I think about it didn't work in the first place. This specific problem was probably caused by the apostrophe. I'm now using PAGENAME with a parameter, which actually does what I want. I think.
