Rubber sheets are made in a Alloy Smelter, Extruder or Fluid solidifier... But those machines can't be made without Rubber sheets!?... ( tin cables)

So what are my options there? Help!!

Greetings :)

It is posted in the FTB Resurrection category so I am going to assume it is FTB Resurrection?

It says on the wiki they are a crafting table recipe, but GregTech may have changed that...

How about a screenshot of the recipe in NEI?

1.6 modpack? Download Java 7 here. 1.7.10+? Download Java 8 here.

Hi! thanks for the reply's, yeah i was talking about the resurrection modpack!

While i tryed to make a "screenshot-video of the issue", i found the possible solution.. it looks like i can use the "Steam Alloy Smelter (GregTech)" to make my first rubber sheets!

Still have to try it, i made the machine, now i need to produce steam somehow... i asume... but i will take a look on wiki first :P

Thanks so far :)

[edit]

And indeed..

from GregTech Survival guide

Next step in reducing ore requirements is an steam alloy smelter which ups bronze yield with 3 copper + 1 tin into a result of 4 bronze instead of 3 bronze when mixing dust by hand. Additionally the alloy smelter accepts both dusts and ingots of copper and tin while also outputting directly into bronze ingots thus saving many steps of macerating and smelting, as it stand it is a alloy maker so i is needed for advancing towards electrical age(s).

Can also be used together with molds to produce plates (most importantly, rubber, as hammering rubber into plates is not really working for some reason [citation needed])

The solution ? .. just in the NEI... i just automaticly ignored the "Steam Alloy Smelter" the first few times that i looked at the NEI.. because it's steam-powered i guess...

altough the NEI doesn't speak of Steam-Alloy-smelter-recipes specificly.... one may asume all 6 GregTech Alloy melters pretty much have the same function :P i guess.

but in case you asked about the quote, then i did find it here: https://docs.google....1OO2Fou6zM/edit
