What exactly is happening with your pack? We can't help you unless you post details, such as what... happens really.
Is it greyed out?
Is it just not loading?
Or is it that the console is stopping?
Did you get a crash?
Can you open worlds?
Are you logging in to servers?
Does this happen with other packs?
What are your computer specs? (32- or 64-bit?)
What is your Java Environment? (32- or 64-bit?)
Have you been able to use it before?
How much memory have you allocated?
Have you tried FTB Lite 3? Why are you not using that?

Given the context, my assumption would be a problem using bows: "trouble shooting".
Oh. Right. Well, they could be meaning "Troubleshooting". Who knows, really.
But then again...
What bow are you using?
Where did you get this bow?
Did you craft it?
Or did you get it from a mob?
Do you have any arrows?
If so, what arrows?
Are there any enchantments on the bow?
Have you tried this on other packs?
Why not try FTB Lite 3?
Has this always happened?
Or has this only been happening recently?
Are screenshots a possibility?
Are you on singleplayer or multiplayer?
Why didn't you make it clearer?!!?
