I can´t craft the Tier 1 Upgrade for the Magnetostatic Engine. It doesn´t exist on this Modpackversion.
How can i update that Mod?

I can´t find it all. In this version, it dosn´t exist.

Which version of tech world 2?
The version 1.1.6 and the RotaryCraft version is 1.6 v16c

Upgrades were added in v20. Out of curiosity why are you using magnetostatics?

You should just update to 1.1.7. I'm positive it's in that update.
EDIT: Tiers were added in a later update. Updating the pack will add the tier functionality.

And where can I find the newest Tech World 2 Update? In my launcher it isn´t.
All ok, i update the modpack version to 1.1.7
