So, i'm playing infinity but the new enchantment table with lapiz isn't working nor is it exsisting. Why? is it not in infinity?

the new enchantment table isn't in infinity?

Infinity is for 1.7. The new enchanting mechanic was added in 1.8, which won't be out for a while.
