Block that charges items when you stand on it.

In older modpacks that was ChargePads, but nowadays IC2 adds its own variants of the energy storage blocks that do exactly that. They might also be called ChargePads or Charge Pads, not exactly sure though.

Since I don't get into IC2 until I have my own rubber tree farm that uses steve carts, I can't really use charge pads from IC2 just yet. However I already have ender IO and Ender IO has wireless charger - exactly what I was looking for.

What is it? I can't seem to remember. Currently using Ftb infinity pack. I'm sure its there I just don't remember what it is...
