Flan's Mod

Somewhat of a dilema here. So there's the mod called Flan's Mod, for those who don't know it... It adds various vehicles, weapons, ... But by itself the mod actually doesn't add much of anything. It has a whole bunch of official and unofficial "content packs", which are sort of like extension mods, that add all of the content. The question is... How do we handle this? Because listing all of the stuff from various content packs in one nav seems like asking for trouble?.

The difference is that these are not addon mods, these are mod addons. I'm not sure the same rules apply here...

If they were all made by Flan, I'd say consider them one big mod. But with seven pages of "content packs", many of which are made by other people, I'd say we split them up.
