Listing something like, "Rune," and then having a ton of runes listed feels wrong, shouldn't they be plural?

Well I've been going with no plural, mostly because we use
== Recipe == not == Recipes == (even if several recipes are listed)
and
== Usage == not == Usages ==
even though there are several recipe and usages listed - perhaps when it sounds (reads) off, we could use a an another term, as in == Rune Listing == instead of == Runes == or == Brewing == instead of == Brews == for example.
Runes sounds like Ruins... and Brews sounds like bruise; seriously thought for me something about plurals in a Heading as in a Page Title
Same thing goes in article lead: plurals leads to calling inanimate objects they and them instead of it
But overall not a huge issue...

I don't think "usages" is even a word, and if it is then it doesn't make a lot of sense. If anything you could pluralize "use".
In any case I say that category names in navboxes should remain pluralized. (Just like wiki category names should.) Section headings depend on the context, the "recipe" and "usage" thing is more of a tradition/convention, there's nothing wrong with plural section names in general.
