I would like to add portals to my world before I let a group join. I have played servers that had portals that allowed you to teleport to different areas. I did this w/o having a local portal mod on my machine but i cannot figure out how they did it.

Ive tried colorful portals and enhanced portals but both require the client side to also have the mod downloaded.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how i could create portals server side. How could I add portals to my world prior to my group starting. I did use mystcraft last round but wanted to do something different this time, tired of everyone breaking the books.

Any creative help would deb awesome.
