The mod that adds Signalum Tinkers parts and similar is ExtraTiC. By default the Direwolf20 Pack does not have this mod.

I've played a lot of Resonant Rise modpack on ATLauncher where you can use Signalum for tools and parts in Tinkers' Construct and upon recently getting a direwolf20 server started (with my friends who can't quite run Resonant Rise) I noticed I can't use it. I'm wondering what mods need to be updated in order for me to be able to use signalum. Thanks.
