In TC5 there is a recipe for cracked stone bricks:

 

 

Should the article for this be Cracked Stone Bricks or should it be called Entropic Processing which is the name of the research needed in order to craft cracked stone bricks as well as other things.

There should obviously be an article about Cracked Stone Bricks, and IMO that's where the recipe should be listed. If the research does more than one thing, it probably deserves its own article, with the Thaumonomicon description and a list of unlocked items and other effects. (And when in doubt, do it like with previous Thaumcraft versions. )

The research also gives you four bone meal from bones, but we can't list EVERY recipe for vanilla items on their own page, can we?

Ok but what if someone is playing without the Pulverizer but with Thaumcraft and gets confused as to why he can't find a Pulverizer is what I am saying?

The Pulverizer is but one of the recipes (I used here as an example), could use a Furnace...

 

Maybe I misunderstood your question, but don't we always list most if not all possible recipes of each mod using the item?

I'm saying that idk why we do that but sure it is fine.

 

When should we start using TC5 anyways, when it leaves beta?

We list every recipe on the page of the output item(s). If TC5 isn't in use by modpacks yet, I'd wait until it is out of beta.

It is probably in a modpack but yeah I am waiting until it is out of beta.
