Information panels freeze, please help

Hi, as the title says, the information panels(Industrial and Advanced) im using are freezing whenever im not near them or in another world. Even if i set them off the text and all still stay frozen.The only way for now to fix this is destroying then and placing them again. I even tried with chunk loader and still doesnt help. Please if anyone has any idea what to do tell!

 

Im playing TechWorld 2 modpack , 1.6.4 , specific mod for panels : NuclearControl

I have had this problem in 1.6.4 packs as well, I don't think there is any good way to fix this.

 

My un-tested suggestion would be to see if pushing one of the blocks out and pulling it back with a piston or drawbridge updates it.
