Can't see enchantments?

I can't see what my enchantment options are anymore, is this normal?

It's nice that I don't need the lapis anymore. But if the cost for that is not being able to see what I'm enchanting, I'd rather have to use lapis.

This is a Vanilla Minecraft 1.8 feature, it is not present in 1.7.10 modpacks. The mod Et Futurum adds this feature to older versions of minecraft (1.7.10) along with some other stuff.

Oh, I had no idea. That's true that I had been running 1.8 or variations of it for the last month before switching. Thanks for the link!!

Oh, that mod adds back in all of the stuff I thought I was sacrificing by downgrading, that's awesome....
