I am using the 1.9 version of the mod, Blood Magic by Way of Time, I have every ingredient, 4 stone, 1 furnace, 2 gold ingots, and one diamond, I put them together on a regular Minecraft crafting table, and they won't make a blood altar. It all just sits there, the output box is empty, and I don't know what's wrong, I was able to craft other stuff from the mod, like the sacrificial dagger, so why can't I craft a blood altar? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Are you using a modpack? Some modpacks change recipes.
If not it could be that the recipe is somehow wrong, can you post screenshots?

Blood Magic for 1.9 has significant changes to older versions of the mod. The Spoilers section in the first post on its MC Forum Thread has a "Starter's Guide" that describes how to start progressing in the latest version of Blood Magic.
