AE2 Help?

I am trying to make a AE2 Spatial Storage thing. I am new to AE2 hand i am just watching tutorials on how to do this.but every time I make the structure half of it lights up at working and the other half stays red. Can I get any help with this?

The type of cable you are using can only connect up to 8 things to the controller. You would have to use a ME Dense Cable to connect them all, which has a limit of 32.
