So, I've been trying to put the CTM on various weapons now. I first started out trying to put it on a cutlass. It didn't do a thing, this is in the Crash Landing mod pack. I have cheats enabled. I tried it in creative mode. Also, I am 100% sure it isn't a golden head or the wrong CTM for the weapon. I've put screenshots to show you. https://imgur.com/a/5kK5Tak

Have you tried taking just 1 of those on your cutlass? They are single-use only, so if you have used it, you can't put it on again.
