Harvester not producing any seeds when breaking crops

Modpack:Unlisted Pack

As the title says, the harvester harvests crops, but there are no seeds produced, not with wheat, not with any other seed-producing crop (e.g. Pams Harvestcraft).

At first, i thought that i had some wrong connection somewhere, but even if the harvester isn't connected to anything but the energy source, the harvester only spits out the crop.

Modpack is After Humans, MFR is on Version 2.8.1.

I've tried on tilled garden soil and on tilled dirt.

Where is the mistake?

Edit: Ender Lillies seem to be working fine. Strange.
