Question about FTB Quests mod

I wanted to play the FTB Sky Adventures mod pack with FTB Quests mod, where we are newbies. We created a team and our quests have become common. Thats right, but now, when someone does a quest, only one person (who will do it faster :P) could take the reward. In Quest Book (in HQM) both could have taken the reward when only one person completes the quest. Is there a such option in FTB Quest mod? Plz help :D
