Top Center Blue Box HUD

While i was in my world, something fell on my keyboard and now the blue box at the top of my screen won't appear while i look at a block or entity. im not sure what mod this is so i cant look for that in controls. ive tried all keys but not multikey strokes. I'm not sure how else to address this problem.

 

Edit: This was on my Sky Factory 3 1.10 world

Maybe it is WAILA or The One Probe? If it is waila, you can press Num1 and it will appear, otherwise if it is The One Probe you can search in JEI for the book added by the mod and then enable it.
