Hi, So this is my first post on these forums, but here's my issue;

I have just gotten back into Minecraft, and I'm using twitch to run modpacks. I'm currently trying to play a pack called "Stoneblock Survival" however I'm not getting more than 1fps, and cpu is constantly maxed. Keep in mind I built my computer for more intensive games, and on Vanilla Minecraft I'm getting 700fps. I have 32gbs of Ram, only 10.5gb is used when running Stoneblock, and i7 7700k CPU, with a GTX1080 GPU. This whole thing isnt making sense, as I used to play modded (Not this specific pack) on my Macbook, which had a i5 somthing with 8gbs of ram.

If someone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thx, Brayden

Check if you maybe have some programs which are "eating" your CPU power and RAM, try giving more RAM for Minecraft (Some packs can use a lot of RAM)

Sorry, just basic tips
