Rotary Condensentrator not decondensentrating

I've been working on a thermal evaporation plant to get lithium dust, and everything works perfect up until the point that I have my liquid lithium running into a rotary condensentrator. It is powered and the liquid lithium fills it up, but it isn't decondensentratig it into the lithium gas even though it is set onto decondensentrating.
