In my school planner, there's a small world map. It was printed last year, but for some reason, the map still has Czechoslovakia instead of it's current name, the Czech Republic. Odd....

Unfortunately, its only compatible with 1.2.5, so I personally can't use it. I suppose you could if you play beta, though.

Just finished building a frame quarry. Out of sheer luck, it nearly ran into an iridium vein, giving me the ability to use silk touch and double it. /\ _ /\

Build a rock cutter. I think it will silk touch it.

Yea, but I rather enchant my diamond drill with a book. The rock cutter only goes as fast as a wooden pickaxe. I also rather use 1 tool for everything than have to switch back and fourth.
