I have been looking for a way to put my gravichestplate into a enderpouch then once it is fully recharged take it out of another enderpouch. Sadly I have not found a way to do this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Which modpack are you using? I came up with something quite compact in Unleashed:
Have a vanilla hopper on top of your MFSU, with the input enderchest on top. Using a hopper here prevents overflow in case you put anything you aren't supposed to in the enderpouch. Off the side of the MFSU, put an Emerald Transport Pipe, filtered on a fully-charged GraviChestPlate (and fully-charged whatever-else-you-want-to-put-through-this-system). This pipe goes directly into the output enderchest. Throw an autarchic gate on this pipe, or even just use a redstone engine to power it, since it will only pull out items in the pipe's filter. Done.
