It looks like something went wrong with the EnderStorage files... there is an easy way to fix this, but unfortunately you'll lose everything you had in Ender Chests or Ender Tanks. In your FTB folder, go to Direwolf20_1_6_4/minecraft/saves, open the folder named like your save game, and delete the EnderStorage folder. That way you should be able to load the save again, but as I said you'll lose all items you had in Ender Chests.

These lines in the crashlog:

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.zip.ZipException: Not in GZIP format
    at codechicken.enderstorage.api.EnderStorageManager.load(EnderStorageManager.java:157)
    at codechicken.enderstorage.api.EnderStorageManager.<init>(EnderStorageManager.java:118)
    at codechicken.enderstorage.api.EnderStorageManager.reloadManager(EnderStorageManager.java:195)
    at codechicken.enderstorage.api.EnderStorageManager$EnderStorageSaveHandler.onWorldLoad(EnderStorageManager.java:41)
    [...]

Those lines simply mean that EnderStorage tried to load a file, but it was not in a readable format. A few people have also had this crash before, so I knew there was a simple solution ;)
