Try selecting Force Update from the Options tab in the FTB Launcher before running the pack next time. It looks like one of the files might be missing or broken, and this will re-download the mod pack and hopefully fix the issue.

Im having problems with my launcher not opening pack after i click launch. it just sits their for a few seconds and then the launch button lights up again
