I run a Direwolf20 server. /back is no longer working as it takes you to spawn instead, the permission node is located in essentials groups properly. Could it be another plugin? if so what plugins could interfere with this? Thank you.

Hm, I don't know what it could be.
Maybe, just maybe, worldguard's being weird.
Try temporarily removing it and try /back again.
