Downloading a map?

Asgarian Skies maps help pls

I died in my asgarian skies default save. Trying to start over by download the map from the "maps" section of the ftb launcher, but after i downloaded it, it only downloaded the folder of the map with a file called version inside and i can't work out how to get it working

 

pls help
